The Master's Degree in Business Administration program - the Executive MBA - is a graduate program in business management whose purpose is to shape professionals and executives who hold high-level managerial positions, in order to prepare them to deal with managerial and strategic challenges presented by the changing environment. 
The Master's degree program is geared toward providing high-level executives with a global outlook and integrated functional knowledge (administration, finance, marketing, operations, information technology and human resources), as well as the capacity to lead and supervise people, involving them in the management process.
Lastly, the purpose of this program is for students to fully develop their managerial talent in order for it to serve as a basis for interacting effectively and efficiently in an increasingly changing business environment. This program offers the option of a specialization with the selection of one specialization in the following areas:

• Specialization in International Business
• Specialization in Human Resources Management
• Specialization in Marketing Management

Programme Objectives

  1. To apply Human Resource Management processes and functions to real Human Resource Management situations as well as general business operation issues.
  2. To develop graduates with high levels of professional competence and skill in Human Resource Management.
  3. To facilitate the student's ability to transfer acquired knowledge and skill to the Human Resource Management work and research environment.
  4. To raise the student's knowledge and competence in Human Resource Management to the level of strategic decision making and critical analysis.
  5. To provide the graduate with the research skills necessary to complete quality primary research in the Human Resource Management area.

MBA Compensation & Benefits Management

This level of studies,  1st- and 2nd-year Masters level,  is intended for industrial or commercial business employees, insurance companies, or social engineering companies wishing to specialise in the areas of taxation, social systems.
The MBA in Engineering and Strategy - Compensation - European MBA \"Compensation & Benefits Management programme allows you to understand the various components of remuneration around three main axes:
- Strategy and remuneration management,
- Legal, accounting, tax, and social environment,
- Negotiating strategies and dialogue with partners in remuneration management.
ESA promotes international mobility, allowing holders of  MBA \ "Engineering & Compensation Strategies \" to obtain the degree of  European MBA \"Compensation & Benefits Management\" (EABHES accredited), subject to obtaining 800 points in TOEIC.

The programme lasts 400 hours and takes place outside working hours, Tuesdays from 7 PM to 10 PM and Saturday all day beginning of October to late July, allowing participants to  continue working full time.
