MBA International Real Estate

We train students for careers in real estate of the 21st century. The total value of real estate residential and tertiary is 3 times world GDP and represents more than $ 220 000 billion. In this global economy, real estate has financiarized since 20 years in all industrialized countries.
The digital revolution and technology contribute to the creation of new real estate features. Therefore, the opportunities are numerous in France and abroad. The program focuses on the fundamentals of real estate (Economics, finance, evaluation, promotion, investment, modeling, financing) and on the new collaborative economy actors (co-living, co-sharing, lending co, co-financing,...). 30% of the program is taught in English. English is the language of real estate. International real estate mba received the award for innovation by Eduniversal. Optionally (additional charge), french courses may be provided for international students who wish to follow the international real estate MBA.

Foreign Trade is one of the ways out. Out of the few companies that are getting around the crisis, many of them feature a greater international orientation, this decision being made a long time ago, when the economy worked differently. Foreign Trade presence is no longer an option, and rather becomes an obligation. The Master in Internationalization of companies and Access to New Markets will provide you with the necessary tools to implement internationalization in your own company.

This Master can be made 100% on-campus or 100% online and is accredited by BEBS and the University of Murcia, therefore students will be awarded with a double accreditation at the end of the academic year.

Master of Science in International Affairs & NGOs

DESCRITION
The Master of Science in International Affairs & NGOs is a genuinely multi-disciplinary professional degree that explores the political, economic, strategic, cultural and legal forces that shape our region and world. Taking advantage of International Management School Geneva location in Geneva, the world “capital” of NGOs, the degree equips students with the knowledge and skills for careers in a wide variety of sectors including government and foreign affairs, international organisations, national and international NGOs, and the private sector.
As one of our students, you will examine contemporary issues in political economy, global trade, resource management, the role of international institutions, international security and arms control, international law, human rights, conflict management, and regional architecture.
 
PACE
The program is organized in 3 semesters totalizing 120 ECTS credits.

Marketing Management (M.A.) (GER)

Being ahead of the developement process and using creative thinking to answer complex questions are the purpose of marketing management. This is enabled by a superior repertoire of knowledge.
Constructed on the first professional degree, the Marketing Management programme (M.A.) conveys core competencies based on knowledge and practice-oriented.
During the Master, you will continue to learn about international, interdisciplinary and communication-specific aspects of marketing. After having gathered the required details, the students will focus on strategic and conceptual works. The objective is to become a marketing generalist, who is able to deals with specific market issues by crossing high-level marketing solutions.
