Corporate Management (M. Sc.) (GER)

With a focus on entrepreneurial thinking, acting, and organizing, the master's degree in Corporate Management (M.Sc.) gives you an academically solid foundation as well as application-based competencies and skills for management tasks. Over the course of four semesters, you will learn interdisciplinary leadership qualifications in the key disciplines centered on corporate management. You can choose from three advanced study options, of which two are mandatory: Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources and Corporate Development. This degree program ensures you are qualified for cross-industry leadership tasks in management at mid-size companies and large corporations.

Master in Business Administration - MBA

The Master's Degree in Business Administration program - the Executive MBA - is a graduate program in business management whose purpose is to shape professionals and executives who hold high-level managerial positions, in order to prepare them to deal with managerial and strategic challenges presented by the changing environment. 
The Master's degree program is geared toward providing high-level executives with a global outlook and integrated functional knowledge (administration, finance, marketing, operations, information technology and human resources), as well as the capacity to lead and supervise people, involving them in the management process.
Lastly, the purpose of this program is for students to fully develop their managerial talent in order for it to serve as a basis for interacting effectively and efficiently in an increasingly changing business environment. This program offers the option of a specialization with the selection of one specialization in the following areas:

• Specialization in International Business
• Specialization in Human Resources Management
• Specialization in Marketing Management

Business Psychology (M.Sc.) (GER)

As a business psychologist, you deal with the variety of ways and manners to live and and behave at work, with your staff, partners and clients. After all, the good-working of business is not only due to economics. Most of all, people are the key factor of projects' success or development. For instance, knowledges and methodes are communicated. It is also useful to design a healthy working environment and to lead successfully an international team. The main issues of business psychology are the improvement of the firm's culture, the development of employer's good reputation and image, or even the choice of suitable collaborators.

Entrepreneurial Economics (M. Sc.)

This new master's program combines high-level economics with application-oriented courses in business and finance. Economics is thereby taught based on the foundations of the Austrian School. Entrepreneurial Economics is the first English-taught master's program in Europe that is solidly rooted in the Austrian tradition. However, besides the Austrian focus this program also committed to methodological pluralism, since all relevant schools of thought are included in the curriculum.

Advanced Master in Innovation & Strategic Management

The Advanced Master in Innovation & Strategic Management will provide students with the tools, skills and mindset needed to deal with the challenge of fast-evolving organisations. It helps students to develop their entrepreneurial abilities, to analyse complex challenges and influence their environment early on in their careers. It covers the main management disciplines (strategy, marketing, finance, project management, etc.) with a focus on the future. It embraces innovation in all its aspects, from technological, thanks to a real understanding of social media, new products and services, to new business models and organisational forms.
The programme will show you the importance of innovation and how to think strategically. You will master key management concepts and learn how to drive innovation projects. It will help you to develop your entrepreneurial skills and to understand the dominant strategic logic in many different sectors around the world. In short, you will learn how to think globally and act locally.
