I would like to apply to several Masters or MBA programmes on www.mastersbooking.com, do I have to pay a fee for each application?

The Mastersbooking platform allows you to submit your first three applications free of charge. After this, in order to submit more applications, you must buy credits packs, which are available through your personal dashboard.

The recruitment session for the program that I would like to join is “suspended or closed”. What does this mean?

When the recruitment session is suspended or closed, it means that the program in question is not currently accepting applications. Fortunately, this is only temporary. You will find details about the dates of the next recruitment session at the top right of every program record. To make sure you do not miss any recruitment deadlines, we recommend that you keep an eye on your favourite programs by regularly signing into your personal dashboard.

If my application is accepted, is it guaranteed that I have a place on the Master's degree that I am applying for on www.mastersbooking.com?

When your application file is accepted by the person in charge of a program, you rejoin the standard application process, and you have to pay the regular application fees. This pre-acceptance of your application does not guarantee your place on the program, however it is an encouraging sign.

How can I edit my personal information?

To change your personal information, go to your dashboard, and find the section “ my personal information”. You then click on "edit my personal information", make your changes and click "Save".

I would like to change my password. How do I proceed?

To change your password, go to your dashboard and find the section “my personal information”. Then click on "Change my email/password" and make your changes.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can reset your password directly from website's home page or by clicking on the “Login” button at the top of all the pages. Click on "Request new password" and fill in your email address. You will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on how to reconnect to your personal dashboard. If you don't receive the instructions, please check your SPAM/junk folder before requesting a second reset message.

How do I create my account?

You can create your account on the homepage (www.mastersbooking.com) by clicking on the "Register" button on the top right of your screen, and filling out the information form.

My profile & personal information

Who can view my profile and personal information?

When you apply to a program listed on Mastersbooking.com, your application form will be visible to the official representative of the concerned program. Your personal information and address will only be visible when this official representative accepts your application.

How to increase the visibility of my profile?

To make your profile more visible, you need to fill it out with as much detail as possible, including the optional fields.

Will I be able to directly contact the representatives of the programs I apply for?

Yes of course! Our mission is to allow you to get in direct touch with the programs of your choice.

You will receive information about your application directly via the Mastersbooking platform and in your mailbox, and afterwards via other channels selected by every institution. Your application file will connect you to the institutions first. Thanks to Mastersbooking, the Business Schools and Universities will view your application and profile and give you an answer within 7 working days. If your application is accepted, you will receive instructions explaining the next admission steps (specific information about your previous courses, proof of your academic background, a motivation letter or an interview...)

How to apply for a program?

Nothing's easier than applying for a program. You just need to decide which programs you would like to join and go to the selected program profile and click apply.

N.B.: It is necessary to fill out your candidate file and personal information on your dashboard thoroughly before you are able to apply on any Eduniversal Booking website. Doing this should only take a few minutes, depending on the amount of information and detail that you would like to provide to the schools.

Why is it important to fill out my personal space with as much detail as possible?

To improve your chances of getting selected!

Your personal information and your application file are the first pieces of information that the institution's representatives will have about you. A half-hearted application is never considered seriously by any recruiter. Make sure you complete your personal details and application file with detail to increase your chances of being accepted to the programs you are looking for.

How many programs can I apply to?

As soon as you have registered, you can apply to 3 referenced programs for free on www.mastersbooking.com. To benefit from more applications, you have the option to subscribe to a pack of extra credits. Mastersbooking allows you to apply to 10 programs per year, so you should choose wisely.

How do I view the progress of my application?

To know if your application has been received, treated, accepted or rejected, go to your dashboard and view the progress in the "programs that I applied to" section.

How do I add a program to my favorites?

Once you have signed in to the website, and have found a program you want to favourite, click on the button “add to my favorites”, which is positioned at the top of every program record. After that, you will be able to see all your favorites in your personal space.

How can I view my favorites?

Once you sign in to your personal dashboard, click on “Go to favorites”. You will find a summary board containing all the programs you have added to your favorites.

How do I remove a program from my favorites?

There are two possibilities:

  • On your personal space, click the link “Go to favorites” and for each program you can select “remove from my favorites”.
  • On the concerned program profile, click on the button “remove from my favorites”.
