As globalization and competitive pressure steadily increase, there is a growing demand in trade and industry for internationally trained executives capable of moving sure-footedly in a complex and competitive environment. The requirements are manifold: In addition to specialist knowledge and methodological expertise, social competence, executive know-how, entrepreneurial thinking and the willingness to take decisions are needed.

The objective of the Master of Science in Management & Leadership MSc program is to offer a top-notch training and continuing education option, both practice related and with scientific foundations, for higher executive and management levels, with a focus on small and middle-sized enterprises.

The contents and organization of the Master of Science in Management & Leadership MSc program are customized to meet the specific needs and expectations of executives active in their profession as well as the companies and organizations seconding them.

Course cost description: 

€10 375 per year.
The participation fee amounts € 20.750,-. The said fee includes tuition, comprehensive course materials, drinks during coffee breaks and the membership “FREE” in the “Alumni & Friends” MCI Alumni Club. The fee does not include the cost of travel, accommodation and food.

Application cost description: 

Applicants from states other than EU and EEA member states and Switzerland are required to pay a tuition fee deposit of EUR 50,- with their online application. Applications can only be processed after receipt of this deposit.
