As a business psychologist, you deal with the variety of ways and manners to live and and behave at work, with your staff, partners and clients. After all, the good-working of business is not only due to economics. Most of all, people are the key factor of projects' success or development. For instance, knowledges and methodes are communicated. It is also useful to design a healthy working environment and to lead successfully an international team. The main issues of business psychology are the improvement of the firm's culture, the development of employer's good reputation and image, or even the choice of suitable collaborators.
 

Course content

As a manager, you must be able to employ HR-methodes daily in order to successfully pilot the personnal process. The inclusiveness of our programme in business psychology will provide you with management skills through a diversified and pedagogical programme.
 
Skills in the management of Human Value area focus on personal management combined with a dynamic evolution of the working environment.

Next to the highlight of the theoretical field, comes the focus on practical skills.
The consecutive programme offers you the possibility to deepen your knowledge by a research or a business internship. The practical environment of the theoretical knowledge will be completed by a Master Thesis which will highlight the transfer from theory to practice.

With the master's degree in Business Psychology, you are perfectly geared for leadership positions. Aligned with your individually chosen subjects of focus, you will be able to take on roles in middle to personnal management.

You have specialist expertise in the bag and are able to combine academic methods with distinct social competence - an increasingly important requirement for a successful career path.

What's more, the Master of Science (M.Sc.) enables you to gain a Ph.D. and doctor title. This is necessary, for example, for teaching and researching at universities and other institutes.

Entry requirements

Students must meet the following requirements to qualify for a master's degree program:

• Completion of a bachelor's degree program with a final grade of at least “good", otherwise a letter of recommendation from the previous university is required
• Your degree must be related to the selected program of study (for example : psycology, social sciences, economics with a highlight on personnal management)
• Language test

Admission criteria: 

The admission procedure for the master´s degree program at BiTS consists of an interview with the program manager. Your language skills will be tested within the interview.
