The Master of Science in Management degree program at RIT is designed for students with no previous experience in management but are looking to advance their careers in their fields. Students may choose from one of three specialized tracks including: Global Management and Supply Chain Management, Product and Service Development, and Leadership.

All students will complete a capstone project that is an applied experience in which students will integrate and apply knowledge gained in MS-Management, drawing on their conceptual knowledge and analytical skills gained in their track to address a real problem for a real-world client. Projects may take many forms, including interdisciplinary project, for-profit organization, or a service or community-based project. The topic and format is flexible and students will work with a faculty mentor to identify a project that is best suited to their track. A faculty advisor will assist teams in defining the business problem, clarifying the scope of the project, and determining appropriate analysis approaches.
