MBA program and its delivery is based upon the concept of the business as a synthetic entity operating in organic interrelations with external environment. The program is organized into the following four units:
- Build up of the managerial platform that includes such courses, as business economics, management, marketing, international economics, financial accounting, business law, and applied statistics.
- Shaping the managerial leverages, embracing strategic management, financial management, marketing management, HRM, operational management, managerial accounting, taxation, and MIS.
- Integration of the managerial competences, dealing with project management, strategic marketing, organizational behaviour, corporate governance, and CSR.
- Development of a business in the global environment, including international financial markets, investment management, international marketing, cross-cultural management, and Global Management Game simulation.
MIM-Kyiv MBA program is accompanied with intensive English language learning aimed at preparing MBA students for taking the Business English Certificate (BEC) examination of the Cambridge University (UK).
MBA programs also feature consulting projects that involve students working under the guidance of faculty members for local and multinational corporations.
Another integral part of the MIM-Kyiv graduate programs curricula are international study tours that provide participants with an opportunity to gain first-hand experience in various management cultures, to establish contacts with Western companies and to set up new business networks. It lasts 16 days and combines studies at the partner business school and company visits.

- Modular MBA
- Duration: 26 months;
- Starts late January - early February finishes mid-February;
- International study tour in May - June of the second year;
- Summer break in August, Christmas break December 25 through January 9
- One full week (Monday-Saturday, from 9.00 to 18.00) once in two months;
- Evening MBA:
- Duration: 26 months;
- Starts late January - early February finishes mid-February;
- International study tour in May - June of the second year;
- Summer break in August, Christmas break December 25 through January 9
- Twice a week on workdays (from 17.30 to 21.30) and on Saturday (from 9.00 to 18.00) once in two weeks

- Copy of identification code certificate.
- Copy of higher education diploma (State standard).

- Copy of work record card.
- Six color photographs 35×45 mm.
- Document confirming legal status of the applicant in Ukraine (for foreigners).
