This unique Master Programme designed by ESCP Europe Business School, is a postgraduate, 1-year 2-countries, full-time programme designed for those aiming for an outstanding managerial career in the Food and Beverage industry in the best international companies (e.g. Bacardi - Bongrain - Caffarel - Cameo - Campari - Carrefour - Coca-Cola - Costa Crociere - Danone - Ferrero - Granarolo - Grom - Lavazza - Marchesi Antinori - Martini & Rossi - NH Hotel)
The whole programme is taught in English in Italy and France in two of the six ESCP Europe campuses: Turin and Paris.

The Master in IFBM will propose a well-balanced methodology, encompassing and combining highly interactive lectures and professional experience with a final Master's Thesis and an International Internship to apply management knowledge and methodological skills to a specific research subject. In addition the link to the business environment of the Master in IFBM is boosted by Testimonials from the corporate network (such as Ferrero, Barilla, Lavazza, Cameo, Grom, etc), who will bring their professional experience and food & beverage expertise into class. During our learning journey you will have the opportunity to strengthen your general Management skills through the intensive Core Modules, while expanding your knowledge and experiencing the workings of the Food & Beverage industry through the Advanced Modules. To have a clearer view on what the Food and Beverage Industry is, all participants will have the chance to visit the most relevant companies operating in this sector in Italy and France. Included in the master programme price, there are more 20 days of company experiences.

The project “Chef for a Week” of the Master in IFBM will take you to the beautiful Italian Food Valley for 5 days of meetings with Masters, cooking classes, tasting sessions, training experiences and company visits with famous Italian business leaders in the Food & Beverage sector, such as Barilla.
“Chef for a Week” is an integrated part of this unique international ESCP Europe Master, allowing you to have an unforgettable experience in ALMA at no added cost.

Entry requirements

The whole admission process is composed by two main steps:  the first one is the online application. You will be asked to provide us with your: personal details, education details: transcript marks and a copy of your degree; Work experience details (if you have any); One reference letter.
 
2nd Step: Tests and personal interview at the ESCP Europe Turin campus.
 
Online verbal and numeric logic test (GMAT holders exempt); Personal interview; English test: written + oral + listening (holders of official level C1 English certification are exempt - please ask the recruiter if your certification is valid).

Course cost description: 

4000 euro scholarships are available. To receive one the school will consider both the economic situation and the mark got during the admission session.
