This level of studies, 1st- and 2nd-year Masters level,  is intended for industrial or commercial business employees, insurance companies, or social engineering companies wishing to specialise in the areas of taxation, social systems.
The MBA in Engineering and Strategy - Compensation - European MBA \"Compensation & Benefits Management programme allows you to understand the various components of remuneration around three main axes:
- Strategy and remuneration management,
- Legal, accounting, tax, and social environment,
- Negotiating strategies and dialogue with partners in remuneration management
ESA promotes international mobility, allowing holders of MBA \ "Engineering & Compensation Strategies \" to obtain the title European MBA \"Compensation & Benefits Management\" (accredited EABHES), subject to obtaining 800 points in TOEIC.

The programme lasts 400 hours and takes place outside working hours, Tuesdays from 7 PM to 10 PM and Saturday all day beginning of October to late July, allowing participants to continue working full time.

Entry requirements

  • Holder of a BTS or equivalent: + 5 years professional experience in the human resources field  or financial management
  • Holder of a degree or equivalent  with at least 3 years professional  experience
  • Holder of a postgraduate diploma or equivalent  with at least two years of professional experience
  • Holder of a Masters or equivalent
